Intro to Mindfully Tasting Chocolate

Some people bite into a Crunch bar and are satisfied. Others can’t tell the difference between a Swiss chocolate and a Hershey Kiss. Much like coffee, chocolate has nuances and notes- that’s why we have such a variety with our chocolate treats. Why not educate yourself from an actual chocolate educator on how to actually taste and appreciate chocolate? On Saturday, March 16, at 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm you can do just that! Indiegrove is hosting an Intro to Mindfully tasting Chocolate workshop.

As per Indiegrove: “This course includes a tasting of four different single origin craft chocolate bars varying in percentages of cacao and the opportunity to have fun and connect with other chocolate enthusiasts.

Topics covered will include:

Where chocolate comes from

How chocolate is made

How to mindfully taste chocolate”

AND if expanding your knowledge of the amazing creation that is chocolate is not enough, at the end of the workshop, all attendees will have the opportunity to choose their favorite chocolate and bring the goodness home!

Tickets are available via Eventbrite.
