Stuffed and thankful! As the Holiday Season is entering the homestretch, the HDSID has you covered: whether you celebrate Christmas or Hanukkah or whether it’s just another regular December, our businesses will take care of your needs. Food, retail, restaurants; the Historic Downtown businesses have it all. If the Holiday Season is your favorite time of the year or just another month, you still have to eat and drink and maybe buy yourself something.

CBD Yoga Winter Warm-Up by Knead Therapeutic Massage
This is a stressful time of the year between the holidays; shorter days, the weather and sometimes everything in general seems to upset our bodies. Luckily, Knead Therapeutic Massage has a cure for us. On Sunday, December 2, at 4:30 pm, as per Knead, “As winter is Yin in nature, this workshop will highlight yin poses that work with the Kidney and Urinary Bladder meridians, the main organ systems that Traditional Chinese Medicine associates with winter. With a Yin practice that focuses on the water element, and the use of organic handmade CBD products, we can stimulate the flow of chi and restore an overall sense of vibrancy and vitality in the body, just what we need to cultivate for the winter months ahead.
